Bradley’s background spans investment management, startups and tech accelerators, including equities and ESG fundraising and investor relations, as a BD associate at Techstars London, and as general manager/head of growth at a Proptech startup. He has also contributed to a Fintech Masters programme at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge and is a co-organiser of the Sustainable Development Goals London network. Hemanth has 30 years of experience in Industry, primarily with startups . Beginning his career with Philips India, he became a member of Tata Administrative Service in 1983. At Tata Tea Limited, he was part of the team that turned around the loss making packet tea division. He joined Tea Telecom Limited as its first employee and also served as the the Chief Operating Officer, Tata Advanced Materials Limited for ten years. He is currently working as a business consultant with startups and also teaches foreign students at Christ University.
Hemendra has over 23 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, management consulting and investment banking. Hemendra in his career has invested in several early stage agritech and mid-sized companies in the agricultural supply chain. He is a mentor, investor and board member in many food and ag-tech start-ups working on innovations in agri-inputs, market linkages, mechanization, food nutrition and farmer financing. He is working as a Venture Partner with Bharat Innovation Fund –investing in deep-tech start-ups across sectors. K Srinivasan (called Srini) is a successful tech entrepreneur with 25+ years of industry experience. He founded AllGo Embedded Systems in 2005 which became a leading global supplier for automotive electronics software, specializing in connecting smartphones to car radios. AllGo Embedded Systems was acquired by Visteon Corporation, a US Fortune 500 corporation, in 2016. Srini moved on in 2019 to run AllGoVision Technologies, a start-up focusing on video analytics software products for the video surveillance market. Srini has a B.Tech from IIT Madras and an MS from University of California, Santa Barbara. He began his career with a tech startup in California. Srini’s philanthropic interests are in education and environment. He has been advising AFI on organizational strategy and execution, towards enabling the growth of successful social enterprises that solve society’s problems at scale.
Dr M Muneer is a well-known management expert, columnist, thought leader and entrepreneur. His expertise includes strategy execution, service excellence, scaling up and experiential marketing. He is also an investor and board advisor. He has worked with global brands, and currently spearheads three enterprises: Innovative Media, the leaders in thought leadership seminars since the time it had set up this industry in India in 1997; CustomerLab Solutions, the innovative consulting firm in partnership with leading minds of the world; and Rezonent MicroChips, the deep-tech startup that will make large SoC systems more efficient and less “powervores.” He is also the co-founder of the Section-25 company, Medici Institute, mentored by the late Dr Kalam, driving social change and helping governments to execute their promises.
Dr. Rashmi Kapse is the founder and CEO of Aptculture, an organization that provides cultural consulting for companies venturing into the Indian market and for Indian organizations making acquisitions in the USA and Canada. She is an ICF certified coach and coaches C-level executives to lead effectively around the globe. She conducts intercultural coaching for teams that work virtually with international colleagues, and performance coaching for teams within the US. She lives in Princeton, NJ and has lived and worked in India and Europe before moving to the US in 1998. She has worked with several social organizations, most recently with Jnana Prabodhini to help educate underprivileged children in Pune, India to broaden their horizons through the Pradnya Vikas program. Nasha Fitter is the CEO/co-founder of the FOXG1 Research Foundation which seeks to find a cure for the neurological condition FOXG1 syndrome. She also heads the rare disease/neurology division for Citizen, a health-tech startup focused on curing disease by providing doctors and biopharma with seamless access to patient data. Formerly, Nasha was the founder/CEO of education-tech startup Schoolie, which was acquired in 2016 by GreatSchools. She also was a Director at Microsoft Corp where she held various management and product development positions, including Chief-of-Staff for Microsoft’s billion dollar education division.
